Filing a DMCA takedown notice
If you believe content on Oriel infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@oriel.page with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works)
- Identification of the infringing material and its location (full oriel.page URL, screenshot, or username)
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Incomplete notices may not be processed. Misrepresenting infringement may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the reported content and notify the account holder. We may also terminate accounts of repeat infringers at our discretion.

- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared
- Your name, address, phone number, and email
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Delaware if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the complainant

We may restore content after 10–14 business days unless the complainant informs us they have filed a court action.
